WARNING: Due to the 20V Blacktop engines using an interference design it’s highly advisable to at a minimum change both the timing belt and hydraulic belt tensioner at no more than 100,000 Km (60,000 mile) intervals. The same also applies for an engine with either an unknown history or one that has been in storage for an extended period of time.
