20V 4age Blacktop – Piston set 81.5mm (+0.5)

Set of 4 x new and oversize pistons at a 81.5mm bore size (+0.5mm). Also includes the matching Gudgeon pins and retainer clips to suit.

– DOES NOT INCLUDE PISTON RINGS – This product is for the pistons set only. See further down for more information.

To suit piston ring widths

– Top: 1.2mm

– Middle: 1.5mm

– Bottom / Oil control: 3mm

Sourcing piston rings

– While we do not offer the matching piston rings to suit these oversize 20V pistons it is of note that the 7afe engines use a dimensionally identical and thus directly interchangeable ring set with all of the OEM 20V pistons when matched in diameter. This should make it quite easy to source a local aftermarket alternative. 7afe engines also have the same OEM bore size of 81mm and an 81.5mm / +0.5mm oversize option.

– The piston ring sets intended for OEM 16V 4AG pistons ARE NOT COMPATIBLE due to using a different width of oil control / scraper ring.
